Rugby as a school for leadership, resilience, and teamwork

Tiago frames rugby not just as a sport but as a practical school for professional skills. Serving as captain taught him how to lead a group, take on responsibility, and make decisions under pressure. Recovering from an ACL injury added another layer — learning to push through adversity and maintain focus on long-term goals.
