A multicultural upbringing shaped Tiago's critical thinking and values

Born in Valencia to an Argentine father with a high-level sports career and a Swedish mother who works as a mental coach, Tiago grew up absorbing as much as possible from a multicultural environment. That background forged what he calls a 'critical spirit.' Rugby has also been central to his life, and its values — teamwork, discipline, resilience — represent a large part of his personality.
